Marine Services Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Marine Services Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of marine services projects, encompassing personnel management, operational planning, customer interactions, financial management, SHE-Q, reporting, and liaison with centralised support departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as RSACT Contract Equipment and Platform Authority (EPA)
- Ensure all operations are carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with Company way of working (WoW) and client requirements
- Promote the NINA behavioural safety programme
- Proactively manage absence with support from HR and Occupational Health
- Manage the operation within agreed budget and raise awareness of potential variance to budget
- Liaise with the client to ensure that contract deliverables are met and customer satisfaction levels remain high
- Review and maintain RSACT Contract Management Plans and associated registers
- Collect and maintain data to monitor actual performance against contracted performance and report these on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to the Company and where necessary the Client
- Manage Service Delivery Risk
- Maximise opportunities to increase revenue and decrease costs
- Provide bid writing support for Marine Services tenders
- Deputise for Business Sector Manager if required
Requirements:
- Subject to UK security check (proof of UK residency)
- Higher level academic qualification appropriate to the role
- Relevant marine services contract management experience
- Knowledge of contractual and regulatory legislation relating to marine services contracts
- Experience of working to agreed budgets
- Experience of developing and reviewing management plans/registers
- Experience of bid writing for marine services contracts
- Demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a project team based on functional reporting to ensure contract deliverables are met in a timely manner
