Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and inspiration to ensure excellent food quality and service standards.
  • Manage and improve all controllable costs, including stock, food, and labour costs.
  • Oversee the main kitchen and menu development, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Maintain company systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
  • Carry out regular audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef, preferably with OND or HND qualifications. You should have a strong background in health and safety practices, line management experience, and a passion for using fresh ingredients to create delicious meals. Experience within a similar environment is highly desirable.
