Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Adventure Learning Coordinator to join our team at Vision for Education.

Location: Mansfield, UK

Type: Full-time, Permanent position

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in outdoor education and a proven track record of delivering engaging and challenging programs.

  • Cycling and trail maintenance in various terrain
  • Developing and leading rock climbing and rappelling sessions
  • Guiding groups on hill walks and navigation exercises

The successful candidate will work closely with students to develop their SEMH skills through outdoor activities.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in teaching or youth work, who can adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Candidates will work 1:1 or 2:1 with students, taking responsibility for each pupil's safety and well-being when off-site. Working hours are 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.

A DBS check through Vision for Education is required before commencing the role.

Salary: £30,500 - £35,000 per annum
