About This Role

At Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., we're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Beer Adventurer, you'll be the face of our brewery, delivering exceptional service and sharing our story with visitors from all over the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging tours, tastings, and experiences that showcase our brewery, beer, and sustainability practices.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate tour records.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Participate in training programs to evaluate beer flavor profiles and contribute to our Sensory Panel.
Requirements
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed information about beer, brewing, and sustainability practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for sharing knowledge with others.
  • Ability to obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of hire.
