AskVerity is seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to join their team based near Warwick. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and advising clients on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of HR in managing client relationships and workload.
- Provide an advisory service to clients on HR policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Work closely with HR colleagues to monitor, review, and update policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
- Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and client requirements.
- Support and oversee recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain client databases and provide HR workshops and training to clients.
- Excellent administrative and relationship management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Generalist HR experience within an in-house/shared service HR environment.
- Key experience of working with and advising line managers.
- Proactive approach in all areas of HR.
- First-class IT and communication skills.
- Team orientated and results focused.
- Ongoing training and development, including support for CIPD qualification.
- 22 days leave plus birthday off plus bank holidays.
- Wellbeing Wednesday and Bacon-butty Friday.
