HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant / HR Officer to join our team at Hiredonline Consultancy Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the delivery of our HR services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing HR advice and guidance to clients within your area of expertise.
- Assisting with day-to-day office administration and providing administrative services to our clients.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, including drafting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews.
- Drafting HR letters and uploading advice and documents to our CRM system.
- Liaising with third-party providers, such as occupational health and DBS services.
- Notetaking during meetings and typing meeting notes and recordings.
- Calculating holiday entitlements for clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a HR Apprentice or HR Assistant (ideally 12-18 months) or a strong interest in HR.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in using computer software.
