Job Description

As a Product Genius, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our Arnold Clark Group branch in Wishaw. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead, assisting with showroom presentation and advertising, and supporting the Sales department.

Key Performance Indicators

  • To deliver an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service and product knowledge
  • To support the Sales department in achieving sales targets
  • To stay up-to-date on our vehicles and manufacturers
