We are seeking an experienced Benefits & Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of benefits caseworkers and developing the service to meet the needs of our clients.

This role requires significant experience of working within welfare benefits, including strategic thinking and team management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services and meeting performance targets.

The salary for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, annual leave, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
