Automotive Service Advisor Specialist

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union seeks a highly motivated and organized Automotive Service Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Service Director and work closely with other departments to achieve business goals. They must demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repair orders, payroll, and cashiering responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and maintain required certifications
- Participate in service meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
