Female Learning Disability Support Worker

As a Female Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include providing emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
You will work collaboratively with individuals to identify and achieve their objectives, using a person-centred approach to empower them to take control of their lives.
The role involves developing relationships with service users, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
