About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our UK team. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in shaping the success of our business through learning and development initiatives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will deliver our JUMP programmes to people managers and provide training to Business Managers and consultants. They will also have the opportunity to design and deliver recruitment-specific sales training for new starters and experienced hires. In addition, they will contribute to global projects, such as the rollout of our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development
  • Proven track record of delivering both virtual and face-to-face training
  • Myers Briggs Practitioner qualification is advantageous
