Regional Business Leader

Job Summary:
This role is a senior leadership position within Saur EUROPE, responsible for the execution and growth of water and wastewater service delivery contracts and projects in the UK. The successful candidate will lead a diverse and remote team to achieve financial, operational, and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Leadership: Demonstrate and promote safety leadership in all aspects of the company's business, upholding company policies, legislative requirements, and serving as a role model for our values and behaviors.
- Team Management: Lead, coordinate, motivate, and develop the respective teams to achieve overall objectives, ensuring effective execution of contracts within the territory.
- Growth and Optimisation: Develop initiatives for growth and optimisation of the profit and loss (P&L) statement to meet financial targets, defining and executing an effective strategy for commercial risk management.
- Contract Execution: Ensure the effective execution of contracts within the territory, defining the organisation and resources required by working closely with various internal departments.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in managing large (>20 FTE) multidisciplinary teams.
- Qualifications: Appreciation of business strategy development and delivery, understanding of water and wastewater treatment, and appreciation of service delivery commercial risks and management strategies.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, critical thinking, ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders and levels of internal and external organisations, ability to assert and influence, and ability to lead change.
Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on professional experience.
- Bonus: Up to 20% of salary.

- Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays.
- Pension: Auto-enrolled after 3 months, employee 4.5%, employer 4.5% via salary sacrifice.
