About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our Smart Buildings team in the South of England. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and concluding commercial contracts while undertaking commercial risk reviews and recording them in commercial reports and contract summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Undertaking commercial risk reviews and recording them in commercial reports and contract summaries
  • Supporting sales and project delivery teams to meet customer requirements and manage delivery risks
  • Ensuring accurate internal reports of projects and contracts
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification (LLB, MRICS, BSc QS, etc.) with good working knowledge of construction law
  • Experience operating in a commercial/contract management role within the Construction or Mechanical & Electrical industry
  • Level of understanding of the energy industry and commercial awareness of energy technologies and solutions
