About the Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd in Hemel Hempstead. As a permanent, full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students across Early Years Foundation and Key Stage One, contributing to their academic success and personal growth.

Key Accountabilities

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and significant experience working with children in Early Years or Key Stage One. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues alike.

Compensation Package

Our competitive salary range is £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on your level of experience. As a valued member of our team, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including access to professional development opportunities and a generous holiday entitlement.
