We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Therapeutic Support Team Member to join our team at Beaufort Care Group Limited. As a key member of our residential childcare services, you will contribute to creating a nurturing environment for our children to thrive.
About the Position:
- You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver individualized care plans.
- Support the educational and emotional development of our children, helping them to overcome challenges.
- Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to their interests and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a consistent and high-quality care approach.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
Your Qualifications:
- Dedication to child safeguarding and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid UK driving license and proximity to Ringwood, Bournemouth, and Ferndown.
