Food Service Assistant

As a key member of our kitchen team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation and serving.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure food items are stored correctly and meet health and safety regulations.
- Operate kitchen equipment, including dishwashers and ovens.
- Assist with stock control and restocking supplies.
- Support food waste management and recycling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment is an advantage.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
