Job SummaryWe are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service delivery team, developing and implementing service strategies that align with company goals, tracking project progress, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the service delivery team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement service strategies that align with company goals, ensuring that our services meet the needs of our clients.
- Project Management
- Track project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the success of the project.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to our clients, ensuring that we are maximizing revenue and growth.
- Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a service delivery management role, preferably in a DevOps or software development environment.
- Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to track progress and identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Education
- Qualifications in business administration, management, or a related field would be an advantage.
