Deliveroo is expanding its presence in the UK and Ireland, offering a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team. As an Experienced Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving growth across all four nations of UKI.

About the Role

This exciting position involves building relationships with top-tier restaurants in your assigned region, improving our proposition for customers, and identifying ways to maintain our rapid expansion. You will be responsible for map prospecting, pitching, and closing new restaurants in a highly organized manner, becoming an expert on the local market.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new restaurant partners in your region, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with restaurants through various channels, showcasing Deliveroo's technology and promoting our services.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of signed restaurants within the first eight weeks from signing, guaranteeing their success.
  • Prioritize sampling high-quality food establishments and attending relevant events to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to structure mutually beneficial deals for restaurants and Deliveroo.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the economics of food delivery – both for restaurants and Deliveroo.
  • Superior communication skills, with the capacity to present product knowledge to clients.
  • Able to work under demanding targets, take ownership, and drive results.
  • A genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry.

Salary Estimate

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + commission
