About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Executive. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing property sales from offer acceptance to completion. You will work closely with buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. You will need to be proactive in resolving any issues that may arise, such as downvaluations and legal delays. You will also be responsible for keeping accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system and providing regular updates to clients and agents on progress.

Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of property sales progression experience
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of the property sales process, including legalities and mortgage requirements
- Ability to work independently, managing your own workload and handling multiple transactions

What We Offer
We offer competitive, commission-based pay and the flexibility to set your own working hours. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely, operating from anywhere. We estimate this role earns around £50,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience.
