GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join their team at a lovely Primary School in Leicester. The school is committed to providing a broad and balanced curriculum that challenges children to reach their full potential.

The Role:

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a class of EYFS pupils. Key duties will include planning, recording, assessing, and delivering engaging lessons. The ideal candidate will be warm, enthusiastic, and possess good organisational skills.

As a EYFS Teacher with GSL Education, you will:

  • Have previous experience working with EYFS
  • Be passionate about achieving the best possible outcomes for children
  • Be flexible and have a good sense of humour
  • Be reflective and always looking to improve your practice
  • Be ready to work as part of a team to help every student reach their full potential

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching certification
  • At least 1 Year Teaching experience in EYFS
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to liaise with parents, staff, and students, and maintain a good relationship with all parties
  • Ability to develop, plan, and execute a high-quality syllabus for teaching that engages students critically
  • Maintain students' academic records and track their progress on a consistent basis
  • Manage high levels of student attainment through strong leadership and supervision
  • Monitor, evaluate, and intervene to ensure all students are working towards making expected progress
  • Possess the ability to inspire and motivate students to grow and learn
  • Be excellent at providing a differentiated learning experience that ensures all students receive the help they require
