Early Years Educator

We are seeking a skilled Early Years Educator to join our team in Leicestershire, working in partnership with Leicestershire County Council to deliver high-quality childcare services.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and have experience in providing care and inclusive play and learning opportunities for young children.

Key responsibilities include leading on and providing high-quality play and learning experiences, developing an understanding of the duties and routines of the service, and contributing to a high level of care that enhances children's general health, safety, and well-being.

Essential criteria include a minimum of a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification, relevant recent working experience with young children, and the ability to communicate with professional colleagues and with parents and carers.
