Sales Team Leader and Performance Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at Protect Line. This role offers a unique blend of leadership and sales opportunities, with a strong focus on developing the skills of our Sales Executives.
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to three Sales Executives in telephone-based sales roles, maintaining a strong desire to achieve targets while helping others succeed, and developing leadership skills by mentoring team members. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, based on the company's competitive salary structure and potential commission earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Executives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
- Mentor and develop the leadership skills of team members, enabling them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business growth.
