Salary: Up to £39,200 per annum + £1,200 bonus, company car, laptop, phone, 10% pension, and private health insurance.

Job Summary

As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site customer training programs for Blood Glucose StatStrip, StatSensor, Allegro, and Blood Gas product implementations. You will also maintain and document customer training records, ensure all documentation adheres to the Quality Management System, and produce reports for customers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To perform and deliver on-site customer training programs for all Blood Glucose StatStrip, StatSensor, Allegro, and Blood Gas product implementations.
  2. Maintain and document customer training records, including names of personnel trained, date training was performed, and training agenda.
  3. Ensure all documentation adheres to the Quality Management System and is revision controlled.
  4. Produce reports for customers and management as required.
  5. Assist customers with ongoing Training, Audits, and onsite after-sales support when they go 'live' with StatStrip, StatSensor, and Blood Gas products.

Requirements:

  • Nursing background with experience of training preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of Point of Care testing products beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to working with different customer personalities.
  • Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Full valid UK manual driving license.
