We are seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead our Dual Home Registered Children's Home in Colne. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of two residential homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for young people.
About the Role:- Manage two residential homes simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of operations and the efficient operation of service in accordance with relevant legislation, procedures, policies, and the Statement of Purpose for both homes.
- Support adults working with our young people to achieve the highest standards of care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support for young people.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organisational goals.
