Job Title: Senior Client Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify business opportunities and develop proposals to win new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
