We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Improvement Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across our organization, leveraging your expertise in Lean principles, six sigma, and business process management concepts.

About the Role

You will work closely with executive management, product, finance, compliance, and legal teams to execute cross-functional projects ensuring the seamless integration of regional and local operations requirements with global shared services functions. Your goal will be to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement or operations roles.
