Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Financial Process Improvement to join our team at Altum Consulting.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation initiative and drive operational excellence in finance operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading and executing finance transformations, ideally within a complex, global organisation or plc.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust transformation roadmap, prioritising initiatives and setting clear timelines.
  • Lead the execution of the transformation plan, overseeing project timelines and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Drive process optimisation and automation, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Implement robust controls and compliance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
