Regional Sales Executive Opportunity

A dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive is sought to join a well-established Publishing and Events company based near Berkshire. This exciting role has a focus on regional sales covering the Southwest area, offering the flexibility of a home-based role with visits to local client sites. As a key member of the sales team, you will report to a more experienced Sales Manager and be at the forefront of growth for this region, building your own pipeline and client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and strategic networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance customer relationships and increase sales.
  • Provide accurate and timely quotations, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Attend client sites for face-to-face meetings, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Respond to customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the CRM, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in a senior B2B sales or account management role.
  • Currently residing within an hour's commute from Bristol.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in outbound calling and relationship-building.
  • Able to build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proficient in software packages, including Google Docs, Zoho, Sharepoint, and Teams.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
