Regional Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a Regional Coordinator, you will be the glue between various parts of our cross-functional team, ensuring seamless execution of regional plans and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management: Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and colleagues to drive execution excellence.
- TBMs to Drive Execution Excellence with Regional P2P Plans: Develop and implement plans to drive execution excellence in regional P2P plans.
- Facilitation of Local Speaker Tours: Coordinate and facilitate local speaker tours to amplify the impact of webinars.
- Collaborating Across Regional Boundaries: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution excellence across regional boundaries.
- Amplifying the Impact of Webinars: Coordinate and facilitate local speaker tours to amplify the impact of webinars.
- Medical Education Associate Program Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the Medical Education Associate Program to drive execution excellence.
- HCP Sponsorship Management: Manage HCP sponsorship to drive execution excellence.
- Administrative Tasks Management: Manage administrative tasks to drive execution excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to drive execution excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
- Previous experience in coordinating events/congresses/marketing events within the life science industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
