Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. This role will be based in the Scotland, North East, North West, and Yorkshire regions, and will involve occasional travel for meetings with stakeholders and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management and Coordination
- Development and implementation of Regional P2P Plans to drive execution excellence
- Facilitation of Local Speaker Tours to enhance medical education
- Collaboration across regional boundaries to amplify the impact of webinars
- Coordination of Medical Education Associate Program and HCP Sponsorship Management
- Administrative tasks management and risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration)
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines
