Regional Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Regional Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. As a Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating events and activities across the Scotland, North East, North West, and Yorkshire regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth execution of events.
- TBMs to Drive Execution Excellence: Develop and implement TBMs to drive execution excellence with regional P2P plans.
- Facilitation of Local Speaker Tours: Facilitate local speaker tours to promote medical education and awareness.
- Collaborating Across Regional Boundaries: Collaborate with colleagues across regional boundaries to amplify the impact of webinars.
- Medical Education Associate Program Coordination: Coordinate the Medical Education Associate Program to ensure successful implementation.
- HCP Sponsorship Management: Manage HCP sponsorship to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Tasks Management: Manage administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with events and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
