Regional Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Coordinator to join our team at Planet Pharma. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, congresses, and marketing activities within the life science industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management: Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure smooth execution of regional plans.
- TBMs to Drive Execution Excellence with Regional P2P Plans: Develop and implement plans to drive execution excellence in regional P2P plans.
- Facilitation of Local Speaker Tours: Coordinate local speaker tours to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across regional boundaries.
- Collaborating Across Regional Boundaries: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across regional boundaries.
- Amplifying the Impact of Webinars: Develop and implement strategies to amplify the impact of webinars and other digital content.
- Medical Education Associate Program Coordination: Coordinate the Medical Education Associate program to ensure successful execution and delivery of medical education initiatives.
- HCP Sponsorship Management: Manage HCP sponsorships to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maximize business value.
- Administrative Tasks Management: Manage administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective execution of regional plans.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with regional plans to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business administration).
- Previous experience in coordinating events, congresses, and marketing activities within the life science industry.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
