Machine Tool Operator

Round Peg Solutions is looking for a highly experienced CNC Grinder to join their team, working closely with a global aerospace manufacturer.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with grinding and be able to set and operate multiple machines. They will also have a background in an aerospace or highly regulated production environment, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The successful CNC Grinder will be responsible for operating grinding machine tools and controls, working with various aerospace super alloys. They will also be responsible for maintaining production output, cycle times, and associated production documentation.
Additionally, the CNC Grinder will perform TPM and 5S duties within the department, support quick turnaround innovation tasks, and contribute to driving waste elimination and cross-training within the department.
Salary: Up to £25/hour. The role requires days at 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. If you are a skilled CNC Grinder interested in this position, please apply today.
