Round Peg Solutions is currently working in conjunction with a global aerospace manufacturer to identify a skilled CNC Grinder to join their team following a period of growth within the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience with grinding and be self-sufficient, able to set and operate multiple machines. A background in an aerospace or highly regulated production environment is preferred, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

The successful CNC Grinder will be responsible for setting and operating grinding machine tools and controls, working with various aerospace super alloys. They will also be responsible for maintaining production output, cycle times, and associated production documentation.

Additionally, the CNC Grinder will perform TPM and 5S duties within the department, support quick turnaround innovation tasks, and contribute to driving waste elimination and cross-training within the department.

Salary: Up to £25/hour. The role requires days at 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. If you meet the criteria for this position, please consider applying today.
