We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Employment Solutions, a global organisation specialising in providing advanced machinery solutions for the packaging industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR Advisor to provide first-line support and advice across the business, mediate employee disputes, and maintain HR documentation and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers
  • Mediate employee disputes and maintain a positive working environment
  • Maintain and manage HR documentation and databases
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to interviews and onboarding
  • Offer guidance on disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Manage absence and holiday processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improving employee retention
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies
  • Manage the HR software system
  • Provide admin support for HR projects and board reporting
  • Support reception duties and general office admin
