Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team in Burnley. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality EYFS provision, including planning and implementing engaging activities.
  • Provide targeted support to children in developing their phonics skills, ensuring every child progresses in their literacy journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to monitor and record children's progress.

The estimated salary range for this position is £26,000 - £31,500 per annum, based on the location and requirements of the role.
