Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team in Northampton, Northamptonshire. This role will involve processing the payroll for approximately 100 employees on a monthly basis, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
  2. Respond to payroll queries from business heads.
  3. Ensure all processes are implemented suitably, compliantly, promptly, and to deadlines.
  4. Accurately run the monthly payroll, including HMRC payments and payroll journal.
  5. Produce pension data on a monthly basis and successfully submit it to various pension scheme providers.
  6. Calculate bonuses and overtime.
  7. Maintain up-to-date records by reviewing and entering modifications, including exemptions, deductions, status, and pay.
  8. Perform any other related finance duties.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll position and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work as part of a team are also essential.

Benefits:

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and offers opportunities for career growth and development.
