Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Site Manager to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing testing and commissioning on residential projects across multiple floors and blocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate testing and commissioning with all M&E contractors, including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, lift, and sprinkler systems.
  • Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning across 2 blocks, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and assist the technical team to update testing certificates in line with the O&M manual portal (Createmaster).
  • Conduct quality checks on all test certificates and chair site-level testing and commission meetings with contractors.
  • Coordinate client COW inspections and manage matters with contractors, ensuring timely closure of reports.
  • Manage cause and effect test schedules and assist the QS to obtain relevant warranties and paper works.
  • Assist utility companies' queries and manage their finals, ensuring installations meet drawings and specifications.
  • Control safety, quality, and environmental activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical background with a minimum HND or NVQ level 6 or similar qualification.
  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant M&P manager for a residential project.
