Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial to join our team at Kenton Black. As a leading M&E and Telecoms contractor, we are looking for a commercial expert to oversee all commercial aspects of major projects across London and the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the work winning team by identifying risks and managing accountabilities within tender packs and contractual terms.
  • Prepare, develop, and implement commercial strategies to support project success.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks on both new and existing contracts.
  • Ensure full compliance and performance of all contracts.
  • Design and implement effective contract management processes.
  • Negotiate contract agreements and address non-standard contractual issues.
  • Collaborate with Sector Managers to ensure projects exceed commercial targets.
  • Oversee the development and presentation of accurate Management Information.

About the Role:

This is a senior commercial role that will report directly into the Commercial Director. As Head of Commercial, you will lead, develop, and build a high-performing commercial team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to support project success and ensuring full compliance and performance of all contracts.
