Key Responsibilities

As a Sales and Business Development Representative for Acosta, you will:

  • Forge unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in independent stores across your territory, delivering world-class customer service.
  • Manage and drive the success of your own area, fulfilling distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
  • Maximise brand awareness, educate clients on new product opportunities, and implement store activations.
  • Work autonomously, using your own initiative and effectively managing your workload to achieve targets and qualify for exciting incentives.
  • Receive full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfill the role to your best potential, with clear development opportunities for engaged employees.
Requirements

You will possess demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment. You will be passionate about the amazing brands we market and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.

You must hold a full manual driving license and be able to travel within a defined territory.
