About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a great business who are hiring for an Engineering Manager to deliver the M&E obligations on a hard FM contract at a large commercial site. With this opportunity, you will provide line management duties for an engineering team of 12.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the delivery of services to the highest standard, ensuring the effective management of staff, the provision of excellent customer service.
  • To assist with the effective management of M&E Performance, including the incurrence of financial penalties, to ensure that all services are delivered to the contract specification.
  • Ensure contract compliance with all auditing bodies both internal and external.
  • To ensure appropriate training provisions on induction and use of equipment and to identify training needs for the service.
  • Manage all associated subcontracted services and to ensure that subcontractors are able to carry out their duties in a safe and timely manner.
  • Champion continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and environmental improvements.
  • To deputise for the Senior Operations Manager, Hard Services in their absence.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical (Or Equivalent)
  • Experience working within SFG20 Regs
  • Great time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
