We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineering Manager to join our team at Invictus Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver maintenance schedules to ensure the effective management of staff and provision of excellent customer service.
- Assist with the effective management of M&E Performance, including the incurrence of financial penalties, to ensure that all services are delivered to the contract specification.
- Ensure contract compliance with all auditing bodies both internal and external.
- Manage all associated subcontracted services and ensure that subcontractors are able to carry out their duties in a safe and timely manner.
- Champion continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and environmental improvements.
- Deputise for the Senior Operations Manager, Hard Services in their absence.
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent)
- Experience working within SFG20 Regs
- Great time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
