About the Role

  • As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of property professionals to achieve exceptional results in property lettings and management.
  • You will be a natural leader, with a strong focus on generating new and repeat business, and developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Key responsibilities include leading daily meetings with the lettings team, coaching team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitoring and assessing individual team member performance.
  • You will also be responsible for encouraging team development and progression, and liaising with tenants to arrange property viewings in line with their needs.
