About the Role:
- Lead a team of 2-3 service advisors and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with the service centre team to achieve targets and improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a car dealership, ideally with a strong background in service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
