We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Station Tap. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your colleagues to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
  • Contribute to the creation of menus and specials
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene
