Service Advisor Team Leader - Fast Moving Car Dealership - NO UP SELLING & No Weekends - Brand NEW Site

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor Team Leader to join our team at a fast-moving car dealership. As a key member of our service centre, you will be responsible for leading a team of service advisors and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of service advisors to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure that all service work is completed to a high standard and on time
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service work and customer interactions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a car dealership, ideally in a service advisor or team leader role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and punctual with a strong attention to detail

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm
  • No weekends or bank holidays
