Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner - Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner - Supply Chain Strategist. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and goals
  • Partner with leadership teams to design and implement effective structures and processes to drive business growth and maximized team performance
  • Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders on HR issues and develop strong leadership skills
  • Lead succession planning and talent development strategies to identify and develop key talent
  • Strategically lead business and HR teams through critical HR processes such as People Reviews, salary planning, performance management, culture and change management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and MSc in Human Resources or L7 CIPD qualified
  • Previous HR Business Partnering experience gained in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Project management experience
  • Progressive experience in Human Resource Business Partnership positions with increasing scope of responsibility
