Saul & Partners Executive Search is seeking a skilled Marketing Analytics Director to join our client's team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the company's marketing analytics needs, identifying the right tools and platforms, and leading the implementation of their marketing analytics tools. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a marketing analytics framework
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the implementation process
  • Developing and generating custom marketing dashboards based on marketing requirements
  • Reporting on key metrics, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading and using successful analytics implementations, with expertise in digital marketing channels such as PPC, display, and affiliates. Familiarity with web and mobile analytics platforms is also essential.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • First-rate analysis skills and a high level of numeracy
  • Qualifications and/or significant experience in statistical techniques
  • Expertise in using data-related software such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, retention, CRM tools, social media, and the ability to make good recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present coherent recommendations based on fact and analysis
Salary Information

The salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
