A vibrant Primary SEND School in Hackney, London, is seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and a passion for helping them achieve their potential.

Key Duties:
  1. Provide individualized support to students with SEN to help them reach their full potential.
  2. Assist teachers in developing and implementing IEPs tailored to each student's needs.
  3. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  4. Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who is committed to helping students with SEN succeed. Prior experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to supporting students are essential. A driver's license and access to a car are beneficial but not necessary.
