Job Description
">As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team. Your duties will include expense management, client documentation, and billing processes.
Responsibilities
">- Expense management: Processing expenses, invoices, and payments received, ensuring accurate coding and follow-up actions.
- Client documentation: Preparing engagement/assignment letters, conflict checks, and AML documentation.
- Billing processes: Assisting with the preparation and submission of billing guides.
- Data management: Maintaining interaction databases and updating relevant records.
Requirements
">- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Communication skills: Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively across departments.
- Education: GCSE maths and English qualifications.
